Shouqi Car Rental APP — Short-Term Self-Driving Rental

I. Rental Process

Step 1: Registration & Verification

Download the Shouqi Car Rental APP and register an account with your mobile phone number. Submit photos of your ID card and driver's license to complete identity verification. Once verified, you may proceed to book a vehicle.

Step 2: Booking & Vehicle Selection

Select the pickup and return locations, rental period, and vehicle type according to your needs, then confirm your booking.

Step 3: Vehicle Pickup & Inspection

Arrive at the designated pickup location where our staff will hand over the vehicle. Before taking possession, carefully inspect the vehicle's exterior, windows, lights, tires, and license plate for any damage. If you find any abnormalities, contact customer service immediately and take photos as evidence. Additionally, photograph the entire exterior of the vehicle to avoid future disputes.

Step 4: Safe Driving

Comply with traffic laws and drive legally throughout the rental period. In the event of a vehicle breakdown or traffic accident, immediately contact customer service via the APP or reach out to the staff member who delivered the vehicle. Report the incident to the traffic police (122) and your insurance company, and cooperate with all subsequent procedures.

Step 5: Vehicle Return & Inspection

Return the vehicle to the designated return location and complete all required return procedures as specified by the platform.

Step 6: Settlement & Completion

The system automatically settles the order charges on a "refund for overpayment, supplement for underpayment" basis. Any outstanding balance must be paid within 48 hours after the order ends (if applicable). The vehicle deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 48 hours after the order is fully settled.
